Vegan Quinoa Dip. This was probably the most interesting food I tried on vacation. It was a savory Dip made from Quinoa!! Quinoa is a plant harvested for its edible seeds (not grain). Quinoa was an important crop for the Inca Empire. They referred to it as the "mother of all grains" and believed it to be sacred. It has been eaten for thousands of years in South America and only recently became a trend food, even reaching superfood status because of its health benifits. This dip was made made using Quinoa, Hummus, almond milk, and spices. The lemon was @do_hyeoun_ku😂
