MINDSET 🧠 ENERGY & NEGATIVE LANGUAGE! .. I used to love to say „ I don’t have the energy!“ or „I can’t, I’m too tired“ several times a day! It gave me an OUT! Even though it was partially true, it was my go-to answer for stuff that seemed to hard to do at the time! .. By repeating this over and over again, it started to become my reality! But there is a huge difference between being physically exhausted and mentally tired! To figure out which one you suffer from at a certain moment in time, you have to stop using negative language or even better, switch to energizing statements to help yourself! STOP giving yourself excuses! .. Of course it’s challenging to run around with an additional 150 pounds on you! Especially in this heat over the last few weeks! It is not always easy to find the energy if you don’t sleep well! BUT you are still capable of doing more than you think you can! If you want to! .. SIMPLY STOP PERSUADING OR EVEN REMINDING YOURSELF OF IT EVERY SECOND OF THE DAY!
